XHW was founded by Jacob Steele on September 8th, 2016. Jacob was sitting around when a random thought popped into his head about wanting to run an E-Fed again. After some speculation and thinking through some things, he finally sat down, came up with the name and started the process of building this new and upcoming company. Starting from scratch, Jacob is hoping to build from the ground up and make XHW one of the best, new federations out there.

Jacob Steele has been in the E-Fedding business since 2008 as an active promoer. A few years later, he tried his first shot at opening his own business. After a successful few months, Jacob had to disappear from E-Feds because of some personal issues. Since then, he's tried to reopen that same business as well as helping out others along the way. Now, more motivated than ever, he's looking to make a name for Xtreme Honor Wrestling: Bringing Xtreme and Honor to Wrestling!
